Features of Duckbill Valves
Leave a message
Duckbill valves are constructed entirely of rubber, meeting various corrosion resistance requirements. Different rubber materials can be selected based on actual needs. They are characterized by non-clogging, excellent sealing, long service life, and low failure rate. Duckbill valves have no moving or mechanical parts, requiring no electrical signals or manual operation. They are noiseless, require low opening pressure (opening with a head greater than 0.01 meters), and generally have minimal head loss.
Duckbill valves can be installed in various ways, facilitating installation. They offer good corrosion and wear resistance, with a service life of 20-25 years. They are easy to open with a small opening pressure differential; fluids exceeding 1 kg can flow through. Due to the high elasticity of the rubber, they effectively block flow, preventing back leakage. They also have good antifreeze properties, making them suitable for use in cold regions.
